Chairman’s Message

Society Overview
The Executive Committee consists of (no less than) five members who are voting members of the Society. The Chair, Vice Chair will serve for three years, with other posts being in place for one year. At the discretion of the Executive Committee two extra members may be co-opted onto the Executive committee in an advisory capacity only, for a maximum term of one year.

- Treasurer
- Advisory member
Duties and Meetings
The Executive Committee have control of the property and affairs of the Society and agree its policies. The Executive Committee declare the holding of office in other societies which could be deemed a conflict of interest.
Structure & Meeting overview – frequencies / format
The Executive Committee will hold not less than four regular meetings during the year at times and places to be fixed by the Chairman. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman or by any three members of the Executive Committee which constitutes a quorum.
